My plan for the future is to continue to develop companies and people to make
companies more efficient operationally, sustainable and profitable.   

What is your current role within the company?

I am the co-founder of three different businesses and involved as Director/Shareholder in the different companies having strategic, operational and finance roles in each.

Alterity Business and Academic Services Ltd Alterity offers business and strategy consulting services.

Hivenamix Ltd – Hivenamix has developed a software platform to help in the development and implementation of strategy in any organisation.

Tribe YogaA new yoga studio and concept opened in September 2015 in Edinburgh and one of the busiest studios outside of London. The studio runs 83 classes a week offering different types of yoga, hot yoga, pilates and barre classes.

What is your background prior to working for this company/setting up your company?

Prior to Alterity, I was Global MBA Operations Director at the triple accredited University of Strathclyde Business School leading the delivery of the FT 100 ranked MBA programme across 9 international centres.

I have also worked at Director Level in various other sectors including food and drink, logistics, fitness & leisure, capital equipment engineering & manufacturing and in the venture capital & private investment sector.

What is your area of expertise / inspiration?

I have a first-class MBA in Strategy and has versatility across the functions of finance, HR and operations. I have been fortunate to have been involved in numerous mergers & acquisitions projects, rebranding projects, change implementation projects and have lead talent development programmes with achievements and results being acknowledged by the Chairman and CEO of the various companies engaged with.

To continue to develop companies and people to make companies more efficient operationally, sustainable and profitable.

Having the vision for a company, developing a great strategy, implementing it successfully and developing talent in an organisation to help take the company forward.
