Update 25th March 2018

Thank you to everyone who attended our 2018 Well-being event. We had a fantastic day with Jan and Elke from Mindful Forces. Please see some photographs from our creative session in the gallery below, and a poem written by Fin Wycherley along with a recommended reading list for those interested in finding out more!

Us Grrrrrls

Us grrrrrls which art in business

Less travelled is our way

Our rewards will come

Our will shall be done

On earth, as it is on the balance sheet,

the school gates, the bedroom,

the weighing scales and the gym.

Give us this day our daily bread

And forgive us our mistakes

As we forgive those toxic felines who call themselves friends

but who can’t wait to tear us down at the slightest opportunity

And lead us not into those self-harming razor-sharp words

that produce so much more pain than anyone else can ever deliver

But deliver us from our haters anyway

Ah-women!
