It brings your numbers to life and lets you see how your numbers can help you plan for future growth. By speaking to you about what you can achieve with the resources you already have shows up the gap between where you want to be and what you need to do to get there.
You can even build in an increase in overheads if you do need to take on more resources, like a bigger team or new premises.
