Our facilities will provide affordable office, co-working and event space, as well as a social enterprise café and community gardens. This will bring opportunities for employment, skills, training and leisure.

What inspires or motivates you?

I am inspired by the individuals and organisations I work with and the work they do and the individuals they support. I want to do as much as I can to tackle inequalities that many people in our communities face and I see the third sector as vital change agents in this process. They make me want to do more and make a difference to people working in the third sector. The people working so hard in charities and social enterprises to make this happen. My staff team and the amazing work that they do. The Board of Directors of each of the companies and their drive to support my vision and grow the companies.
