I support clients to achieve optimal physical and mental wellness by integrating nutrition and lifestyle changes with counselling, coaching and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) techniques.
With my holistic approach to wellbeing, after the initial assessment, I offer a structured programme fully designed around the client’s profile, preferences and health goals to progressively introduce long-term, sustainable changes. 1:1 sessions take place online so you can attend them from any place that is convenient for you and save travel time.
My signature workshops and online programmes offer evidence-based information and actionable advice about a specific aspect of wellbeing in a practical, engaging way; they are delivered at the company premises to groups of maximum 12 people. At the workplace, psychological wellbeing is as important as physical wellbeing: in the UK the cost of mental health related presenteeism (attending work whilst ill and working at reduced productivity) is estimated at £16.8 billion. Educating and supporting employees in managing their health and lifestyle has never been more crucial.
