With over 30 years of experience in the energy industry, latterly in HR leadership roles, Susan has the passion and expertise to create and implement diversity, equity and inclusion strategies. She is an award-winning DE&I consultant and an ICF certified coach, specialising in menopause. Susan is passionate about raising awareness of menopause symptoms, support and options to empower individuals to manage their menopause in a positive way. Susan provides menopause training, support and coaching for individuals, teams and businesses and also supports organisations to implement inclusive strategies to support those working while going through menopause. With her extensive experience in senior HR roles, she is well placed to provide menopause education for HR teams and executive leaders wishing to build an inclusive and supportive culture around menopause. In her spare time she runs after and looks after 3 pet sheep!
