The Association of Scottish Businesswomen (ASB) was founded in 1995 as the umbrella organisation for business and professional women's clubs throughout Scotland. A number of other clubs and networks with similar interests are actively discussing membership.

What do we aim for?

We aim to encourage personal and professional development as well as promoting business opportunities by way of networking, exchanging views and encouraging and recognising achievement.

This is achieved in a number of ways:

• Annual Awards showcasing professional women
• The annual Work Life Balance Weekend
• A website that facilitates clear communication
• Working with sponsors to benefit members
• Creating beneficial partnerships with organisations
• Liaising with government initiatives to support women
• Providing members with information & opportunities
