Newly qualified Menopause coach trained through Women of a Certain Stage.  Qualified trainer with experience of delivering training for 9yrs in the third sector.  Lived experience of Endometriosis which I have lived with for almost 3 decades during my journey I had a hysterectomy at 26, I have experienced a chemical menopause as part of my treatment through a GNHR analogue, I became peri menopausal at 37 and now in a surgical menopause after a oophorectomy in 2023.  I am currently studying to become a Endometriosis Wellness Practitioner.  I plan to continue to study in other areas of women's health too.

I am currently offering:- 

1-1 menopause coaching, 7 week programme.  In person or online.

Group coaching

Workshops for individuals and businesses.

Covering Highland.

I am also Chairperson for the North Highland Women's Wellness Hub.
