ASB Event Cancellation Policy

Ticket sales

All tickets are non-refundable. In the event you are unable, or choose not, to attend one of our events, you may transfer your ticket to a third party. Any ticket holder changes shall be notified to the event organiser prior to the event date. This ensures the new ticket holder is on the guest list and receives any important event updates.

Event postponement or reschedule.

Should an event be rescheduled or postponed you will be contacted with the new event information as soon as it is available. Unless notified otherwise, your tickets will be valid for the new event date, or may be used against a future event no more than 12 months after the change notification.


While we take every precaution against cancellation, occasionally circumstances may arise where it is unavoidable. In the event of a complete cancellation, ticket holders will be advised. You will be offered a refund or the option to use the value of the ticket against a future event. This refund is for the face value of the tickets only and does not include the booking fees paid.

The ASB is not liable for any associated costs a delegate may incur by booking a place at any of its events, nor as a result of the subsequent postponement or cancellation of an event.
