Art and Pedagogy

Art and Pedagogy is a creative coaching practice founded by Agnes Narloch. An artist, coach, and author of the Empowerment through Creative Process (ETCP) Coaching Programme, Agnes has 18 years of experience supporting people to achieve their goals, whether in career, relationships, wellbeing, or life direction. With qualifications in Pedagogy, Sociology, Gender Politics, and Counselling Skills, she offers a unique blend of practical strategy and embodied, creative exploration. Sessions are available online and in person in Edinburgh and London. Workshops are also offered in English, Polish, and with interpretation in other European languages.

My career began with group facilitation and organisational development in Poland, helping educational institutions set goals, navigate transitions, and align their strategies with the needs of the people they serve. Today, I bring together this with my background in education, social sciences, counselling skills, and my own creative practice as an artist to offer coaching that is both strategic and soulful, whether I'm working with one person, a couple, or a whole organisation.
