I am a neurodiversity coach, trainer and public speaker. I work with individuals to help them find strategies to navigate any challenges they're facing in the workplace. I deliver neurodiversity training courses to organisations to help them become more neuroinclusive and to raise awareness of neurodiversity in the workplace. I also work with managers to enable them to support their neurodivergent team members effectively and develop the confidence to have conversations about reasonable adjustments.

I also speak about neurodiversity at conferences and events.
