Highland Business Women Board Member

Anne manages the Manufacturing Team at GM Business Growth Hub, working to assist manufacturers from across the region with their improvement journeys and growth plans. She is committed to ensuring that clients maximise their growth and profitability, enter new supply chains, and experience excellent business support service delivery.

Experience
Experienced in service design and delivery, people leadership, budget management, service marketing, and client acquisition. With strong analytical and problem solving skills, combined with the ability to communicate across diverse audiences to achieve results. Data driven, focused on strategic planning and target achievement. A skilled collaborator with proven ability to engage stakeholders and partners, build relationships, and achieve ecosystem development.

Before joining the Business Growth Hub, Anne worked at The Manufacturing Institute. Here she held a variety of roles including Head of Programme Delivery, Head of Programme Accreditation and was also Programme Director for the Professional Diploma / Certificates in Manufacturing. Anne has focused on supporting businesses from shop floor to boardroom to achieve operational excellence for many years and has significant experience of working with the public, private and academic sectors.

Results driven Contract & Operations Manager specialising in business growth support and economic development across manufacturing; scale-up accelerator programmes; digital, tech & cyber; carbon reduction / net zero; and creative industries. Focused on supporting clients to increase productivity and profitability, adopt new technologies and processes, enter new markets, and create jobs.
