The Blurred Line
The Blurred Line was born from a shared belief: success at the expense of everything else isn’t success at all. Alongside my fabulous Co-Founders (Beth and Katie), we work with individuals to develop in work and life, and organisations to shape cultures that support both people and performance.
Through coaching, training and facilitation, whether a one-off workshop or a more in-depth development programme, our approach is grounded in courage, clarity and connection and helps people develop the leadership skills, self-awareness and confidence to lead themselves and others well. We bring not only our professional expertise but also our lived experience as women, parents, and leaders. We understand the challenges of ambitious careers alongside real-life demands, and this shapes the way we support and develop leaders and teams.
Much of my career designing and delivering organisational development and change programmes was spent in the corporate world, from Publishing to Dairy Manufacturing, experiencing the highs and lows. Now, I’m committed to shaping work experiences where career growth doesn’t lead to burnout and unrealistic expectations.
Outside of work, my two young daughters keep me on my toes! And in my ‘spare time’, I’m completing a Diploma in Counselling, bringing together my passion for positive change with a deeper study of human behaviour.
