Claire Houston

CLH Physio and Sports Therapy Ltd

I’m Claire Houston, Founder and Director of CLH Physio & Sports Therapy Ltd and CLH Community Wellbeing CIC here in Moray. I’m a physiotherapist by trade, but my real drive is making health, mobility, and community support feel human, welcoming, and stigma‑free — especially for people in midlife and beyond who are often overlooked in traditional health settings.

I run a multidisciplinary team that focuses on practical, preventative support: keeping people moving, reducing falls risk, building confidence, and creating spaces where folk feel comfortable turning up exactly as they are. No clinical coldness, no corporate jargon — just proper, down‑to‑earth care that actually fits real life.

Through the CIC, I’m working to tackle isolation and make wellbeing accessible regardless of someone’s background or bank balance. If it helps people stay connected, stay steady on their feet, and feel part of something, it matters to me.. Alongside that, I’m proud to serve as President of Moray Business Women, championing women‑led businesses, lifting up local talent, and making sure our region’s voices are heard. I’m big on collaboration, kindness, and getting things done without the fuss.

At heart, I’m a physio who cares deeply about people, a businesswoman who believes in community, and someone who wants to make wellbeing feel less intimidating and more like something we can build together.
