Bringing over twenty years of expertise gained within insurance, financial services, real estate, and construction, Delia specialises in guiding organisations through significant strategic transformation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. She is dedicated to helping leaders navigate complex challenges, build robust capabilities, and achieve enduring value for their organisations.
Delia holds an International MBA and a BSc (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Dundee. She is recognised as a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
