From a background in Hospitality, have sepnt the last 20 years delivering training across Scotland. Providing support and training to all levels of work force mainly in Food Hygiene and HACCP training, from small processors to large manufacturers. Also deliver Scottish Personal Licence, WorldHost Customer Service Training and as a registered Qualifications Scotland Centre, offer Assessor/Verifier Award and Management SVQ's. Enjoy watching Rugby in my time off along with good food and excellent wine.
