Do you ever find yourself lying awake at night, asking “Is this it? Is this all there is for me now?” Maybe your children have grown up and don’t need you in the same way, leaving you with time and space you don’t quite know how to fill. Perhaps you’ve poured so much of yourself into looking after others that you’re now wondering who you really are, what you stand for, and what comes next.
It could be that you’re juggling even more - supporting an elderly parent through illness, facing retirement, or wanting a more fulfilling career, experiencing the end of a relationship, or children leaving home. Or perhaps life just feels different, and you don’t know why. For some women, it shows up as anxiety, self-doubt, a lack of confidence, or just feeling down. For others, it’s feeling stuck, unmotivated, or questioning themselves even when life looks “fine” from the outside. You may find yourself turning to food, drink, or habits you’d rather not have, just to cope with the emptiness or uncertainty.
You might also be supporting children or young people who are struggling with anxiety, confidence, or school stress - and wondering how to help them when you don’t always feel steady yourself.
You don’t have to stay stuck in this cycle of worry, low confidence, or feeling like something is missing. Hypnotherapy can help you feel calmer inside, sleep more easily, and stop the constant overthinking. It can give you back a sense of confidence and motivation, so you can enjoy life again and feel more like yourself.
But hypnotherapy is just one of the tools I use. My sessions are a safe, non-judgemental space where you’re listened to and supported. Alongside hypnotherapy, I draw on talking therapy, cognitive behavioural techniques, and practical strategies. I also provide recordings and tools you can use in everyday life - so the work we do together continues to support you beyond each session.
As well as adults, I work with children and teenagers, helping them to feel less anxious, more confident, and better able to cope with school and the pressures of growing up.
People are often unsure what hypnotherapy will be like. It isn’t about losing control - it’s a gentle, relaxed state where your mind is more open to positive change. You’ll always be aware, comfortable, and in control.
Clients often say they leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more hopeful. Over time, they notice less worry, better sleep, and more confidence and motivation - often feeling like themselves again after years of putting others first.
If you are ready to make a change in your life, I offer sessions in my Kinross studio, online, or in your home - wherever feels most comfortable. I also offer a free 40 minute consultation.
