I'm a fully qualified Chartered Town Planning Consultant with over 34 years experience. I'm based in the Highlands but cover both Scotland and England .
I provide professional town planning services, including:

I deal with all sectors and work for/ with individuals, businesses, developers, communities, and other professionals.
I deal with all scales of developments including small buildings/extensions, alterations, changes of use, housing, commercial, retail, industrial, leisure and tourism-related developments. I also deal with Certificate and Planning Applications for Short Term Lets.
The extensive experience that I've gained through working for 30 years for local authorities across the UK means I know the planning system inside out. If there is a way through the system, I will find it!
I have a strong insight into the issues that arise from both an applicant and an objector's perspective. I have the unique ability to cut through the jargon and complexities of town planning and guide my clients through the planning process and deliver solutions. I also tell it how it is!
Finally, it helps that I can speak fluent 'town planning' so I'm the best choice to speak to the Council planners.
