I’m the founder of Moment Pilates Co, an Ayrshire-based Pilates business offering small group mat classes, pregnancy and postnatal Pilates through Mama Moment Pilates Co, private sessions, workplace wellbeing Pilates and bespoke Wedding Moments for brides and bridal parties.
Moment Pilates Co is all about creating a moment just for you through Pilates for body and mind, with welcoming and supportive sessions for women at every stage of life.
After more than 10 years as a primary and ASN teacher, I retrained as a Pilates instructor and created a business centred around helping women move, feel stronger and enjoy a moment just for them.
Whether it is a weekly class, support through pregnancy and the postnatal period, Pilates brought into the workplace to support staff wellbeing or a special moment before a wedding, I want every session to feel personal, supportive and like a treat for your body and mind.
