Founded by Joanne, an experienced therapist, coach and educator with almost 30 years in the well-being field, the business combines evidence-informed practice with a compassionate, whole-person approach. Alongside supporting individual clients, Joanne delivers professional training, group well-being experiences and talks for organisations, with a focus on empowering people to improve their well-being, develop their potential and create meaningful change.
