I am a qualified Scottish Solicitor, specialising in private individual legal services, such as Wills, Powers of Attorney and Guardianships. although all civil work is considered. I have extensive experience of social welfare law, including mental health, housing, child protection and adoption. I accept both private paying clients and clients eligible for legal aid, although I no longer deal with contested litigation. Outside of work, I’m a keen outdoor swimmer, although more of a dipper than serious swimmer, and am one of the admins for the Moray wild swimming group Lossie Cod Heids. In 2021, I won Best New Business in the Moray Business Women Awards.
