I am the founder of More Time VA, providing trusted, discreet operational partnership to business owners, entrepreneurs, senior professionals and private clients.

With over 20 years’ professional experience across 20+ industries, my background spans executive and leadership support, business operations, HR and people processes, administration and project coordination. I have worked remotely with those I support since 2011 — long before remote working became the norm — and established More Time VA in 2014. My experience also includes more than 12 years supporting healthcare professionals, senior leaders and boards.

More Time VA has evolved around Operational Partnership: providing the structure, continuity and trusted support that allows busy people to carry less and focus on what matters most.

I don't simply work through a list of delegated tasks. I become a trusted operational partner behind the scenes — taking the time to understand the person, their business or circumstances, their priorities and the bigger picture. I bring structure to competing demands, take ownership where appropriate, maintain momentum and help ensure important things don't fall through the gaps.

I am particularly passionate about supporting disabled and neurodivergent entrepreneurs and professionals. There is no single right way to work, so I adapt my approach to the individual — creating practical structure, reducing overwhelm and developing ways of working that play to their strengths.

Running a business, holding a senior role or managing a demanding life can mean carrying an extraordinary amount — not only in your diary or inbox, but in your head. The right support should reduce that load, protect your thinking time and give you the capacity to concentrate on what genuinely needs you.

That is what I aim to create for my clients: more time, more focus, and more headspace, underpinned by the structure, clarity and calm of knowing there is someone dependable behind the scenes.

Over the years, I have built trusted, long-term client relationships based on reliability, consistency, discretion and a genuine understanding of the people and businesses I support.

In 2026, I was incredibly proud to see this ethos recognised when More Time VA won the Highland Business Women Resilience & Empowerment Award. It is particularly meaningful because it reflects both the resilience behind my own entrepreneurial journey and my commitment to helping others have the support and capacity they need to succeed.

More than a decade after establishing More Time VA, I still absolutely love what I do: bringing structure to complexity, creating calm behind the scenes, and giving people more space to do their best work.
