Lynne Strachan

LaunchHR

Hi, I’m Lynne, founder of LaunchHR.

I’ve worked in HR across both the private and public sectors for over 20 years, and established LaunchHR in April 2026 to provide accessible HR support to small businesses and start-ups.

I help small businesses without in-house HR support manage their people responsibilities, deal with employee issues and stay on top of their HR obligations, so they can focus on running and growing their business. Whether you need help with a specific employee situation, want to get your HR foundations in place, or simply need someone to talk things through with, I provide flexible HR support when you need it — without the commitment of a monthly retainer.

My aim is to give small business owners the HR support and guidance they need, when they need it, so they can feel more confident managing their people and get on with running their business.
