With two decades of experience in the health and wellness space, I have established a reputation as a dedicated and knowledgeable professional. Since 2010, I have been at the forefront of fitness training as the co-owner and operator of Dream Fitness gym in Bathgate. In 2018, I expanded into nutritional supplements by launching Dream Magic Superfood Powders, offering clients high-quality, nutrient-rich products.

In 2022, I introduced a new modality called Neuro Reframe Therapy, providing innovative solutions for mental and emotional well-being. That same year, I co-founded the Cill Mhanach Wellness Community Interest Company, aiming to foster community health and wellness initiatives.

Before transitioning to health and wellness, I enjoyed a successful 15-year career as a senior HR professional, bringing valuable insights into organisational behaviour and human development to their current practice. My diverse background and commitment to holistic well-being aims to inspire and support clients on their journey to optimal health.
