I have been a business owner, in the creative sector, since 2005. My current interest is Smith Wild Photo, a wee enterprise created to give something back to nature, conservation and people development by turning our own images into small products to sell with the sole purpose of donating profits to charities each year. 

I also work for Cairngorms National Park Authority supporting Cairngorms 2030, an ambitious programme tackling climate change through positive actions that will see the National Park become the first to achieve net zero.

When we are not travelling, I enjoy some gentle walking, writing (with articles occasionally published in travel and photography journals) and nurturing our rather wild garden and pond to create habitat for native species diversity.
