I’ve spent over a decade in financial services, building a career in operations—a space that doesn’t always spotlight women, but one where I’ve found my voice and made it count.
Along the way, I’ve learned that leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about showing up, asking smart questions, and staying calm when things get messy.
I’ve made it a point to lead with empathy, to speak up when it matters, and to bring others along for the ride—especially other women who are climbing their own ladders in industries that weren’t built for us.
I’m proud of the work I do, and the lessons I’ve learned. And if there’s one thing I’d share with anyone reading this: you don’t need permission to lead. Just start where you are, with what you’ve got. That’s more than enough.
I’m looking forward to connecting with other members and if you want anymore information on what CT can do to support your business please get in touch.
