Hi there, I’m Tracey and I’m the founder and director of Platinum Blue HR. 

My HR experience spans more than 25 years, gained in both the private and public sector and I’m a Fellow of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development).

I’ve taken everything I know about HR, along with my absolute passion for delivering the best possible HR support and channelled it into my own business.

Platinum Blue HR is all about the client; giving you the peace of mind that someone knows how to help you with your HR headaches and can guide you on the best people practices to put into place, as you grown and develop your business.  I’m also a sounding board, a confidante and a trusted partner.  That’s what I’m all about and I do it well!

Before leaving the corporate world for life as a business owner in 2023, I operated at Director level but I worked my way there from HR Assistant.  I have a wealth of knowledge about every part of the employee life cycle so whether you need help with your contracts of employment or company policies or devising a people strategy to support your business growth, I can help. 

Subjects like absence management, managing disability in the workplace or poor performance can feel daunting if you haven’t encountered them before and when you’re busy running your business it can be easy to push these things aside and hope they’ll sort themselves out.  I’ll help you navigate each situation in a positive and professional way, as quickly as possible.  

You’ll find me friendly and approachable. I believe in building solid working relationships with business owners and their managers and that comes with time and from knowing you can be open and honest with one another.  On particularly tough days I find humour really helps too!
