Our Circle

At Our Circle, where we support mums to gently step away from alcohol and reconnect with themselves, so life feels calmer, clearer, and happier. Motherhood brings huge demands, and so many women find themselves using alcohol just to cope, we offer a different way.

We create safe, supportive spaces through our masterclasses, our 2 month alcohol-free experiences and our MORE programme, which is an 8-week guided experience that helps professional women move from just coping to truly feeling like themselves again. It’s not about willpower or restriction, it’s about understanding, support, and real transformation 

Alongside this, we also work with businesses to deliver wellbeing workshops, sharing how taking a break from alcohol can be one of the most powerful self-care tools, productivity boosts, and wellbeing shifts available.
