The Highland Business Womens Club (HBWC) was established in 1995 and currently has 90 individual members and 13 corporate members. Corporate Members take annual membership, which allows up to five of their employees to attend any monthly meeting. The Network is made up of women who are business owners, in employment, or self-employed.

We share experiences and knowledge.
We create a positive impact on the Highland business community by raising the profile of our members within and beyond our network.
We meet every first Wednesday of the month, in different venues in and around Inverness.
We offer a variety of events and activities, varying from interesting business topics to wine tastings.
Most events are held in the evening, starting at 6:30pm till around 9:00pm, please check our website for details.
All events offer excellent networking opportunities and guests are welcome to all our meetings.
Our Annual Awards Dinner takes place in March every year and this event is the highlight of our calendar. We introduced the Awards some years ago, not only to celebrate success, but also to identify role models to inspire and motivate other women in the Highlands. The awards are open to all business and professional women who are member of the HWBC and celebrates the success and achievement of women working across all sectors.
