Highland Business Women was established in 1995 and has a mixture of individual and corporate members as well as subscribers who follow our activities. Our annual membership fee structure is affordable and allows Members to attend our networking meetings at a reduced Member rate and enter our Annual Awards.
The group is made up of women who are business owners, self-employed or employed within Highland businesses and organisations.

We meet every month, in different venues in and around travelling distance of Inverness.
We offer a variety of events and activities, varying from interesting business topics to gin tasting and dolphin spotting.
We hold a mixture of lunchtime and evening events..
All events offer excellent networking opportunities and guests are welcome to all our meetings.
Our Annual Awards Dinner takes place in August every year and this event is the highlight of our calendar. We introduced the Awards some years ago, not only to celebrate success, but also to identify role models to inspire and motivate other women in the Highlands. The awards are open to all business and professional women who are members of HBW and celebrates the success and achievement of women working across all sectors.
